Make It A Moment: Christmas Cookies

Over the weekend, my family came over to bake and decorate Christmas cookies. It was fun to get into the holiday spirit with our kids! Of course we had our favorite Christmas songs playing, a Christmas candle lit, and lots of holiday treats. My mom bought the kids Santa aprons and all of us festive headbands to add to the fun.

To make the setup and cleanup easy, I rolled butcher paper over my dining room table for cookie decorating. I arranged holiday toppings and frosting in the center and used my favorite little bowls from my hosting essentials. Meri Meri has the most adorable gingerbread napkins and festive plates, perfect for cookie decorating place settings! I also got little cookie boxes so everyone could make boxes to take home and give to friends and family. Of course they were tied with a bow! Everyone had fun and we are going to make this an annual event!
